Florida 7 Day Notice of Non-Compliance

This is the notice required before court proceedings are initiated for lease violations other than non-payment of rent.

Florida 3 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate

This is the required notice for a tenant who falls behind in rent, and must be given to the tenant prior to initiating court proceedings.

Florida 7 Day Notice to Vacate

This eviction notice is sent to a tenant who violates a lease provision where no cure is available and/or has re-offended a previous offense within 12 months.

Florida Complaint for Eviction & Damages

If your tenant has not responded or complied with either the 3 or 7 day required notice, the landlord may then file a complaint with the court.
