Selling property & just signed 1 yr lease w Tenant
I have no desire to evict these great tenants, but my current situation dictates I sell the property where a tenant signed a year lease, starting in June. Does the sale of property effect the lease in any way, i.e. can the lease be broken by the landlord? Or is it probably better to advertise the home as a current rental that needs to be maintained and then transfer the lease?

Do you know if Colorado dictates that the tenant has first right of refusal?
