roach infestatation in other unit duplex
Another landlord owns the other half of the duplex attached to mine. Their's has a roach infestation, and will not treat. Mine is currently vacant and has been treated multiple times within a 2 week period, but they keep coming over. Is there anything I can do to make the other owner treat their side?

PErhaps if you offer to pay for the treatment to the other side, that owner may comply. You can also contact your local health department and see if they can be of assistance.
