Notorizing the Lease Agreement
I noticed there isn't a place on the lease agrement for a notory signature. How important is it to have it notorized? If I check his ID...is it the same?

A public notary should be present when the tenant signs the Lease to notarize the signature if the landlord has any doubts about the tenant’s identity or ability to recall signing the agreement.
