I need to find out what are the laws in ga if radon is found in the rental house. And if there is what companies come and test/fix the problem.

There are companies that check for radon, etc. Check the yellow pages or give city hall a call and see if they can help you with some names. You can also try a home inspector. The Health Dept may be able to help you with limits. And don't forget to search the internet.
