tenant responsible for mold stated in lease
When composing the lease how can I word it to make sure that if the tenant does not keep the house clean or does not provide enough air that they are responsible for any mold that does not currently exist?

"Any mold growth or damage that is a direct result of the tenants negligence will be the tenant's responsiblity; therefore the Tenant will be liable for any costs imvolved in the remediation of the mold"
