Where is the best place to do a credit check. I checked on the resource tab and am not seeing a link

www.ntnonline.com and Saferent.com are two good ones. If you click on the resource tab>go to Links>Credit and Collections in drop down menu > then you will see them.

if you use www.PayToRent.com - you can run background and credit checks on prospective tenants. You can make the tenant pay it (part of an app fee, for example), or pay it yourself. It's about $15 though.
