Bedbugs
We just had a bedbug infestation in one of our buildings. We are paying for it but I've heard that property owners are starting to have tenants sign addendums saying they are responsible for paying to exterminate the bedbugs. I don't see one of those agreements here - does anyone have any thoughts on this or knowledge? Thanks!

I don't know about other leases, but the lease I downloaded from this site includes a clause in the Maintenance section that states tenants are responsible for pest control services.

Ref: broke lease
one tenant puts restraining order on the other. police told her if she comes back she's going to jail and stay 500 ft. away, so she turns electic off in her name and puts it back in my name (owner). The other tenant said he would pay it. 11 days late on rent and moved out in the night. what to do?
