Co-signing - Students or parents name on lease?
Hello...I am about to sign a lease with three college students. Their parents are co-signing. My question is - whose name should be on the primary lease (assuming their parents will be signing a co-signer agreement) - the students or the parents?

RE: Co-signing - Students or parents name on lease?
The students are the tenants, the parents are the co-signers. In the lease builder, enter the tenants' info where it belongs, and select the option that there will be co-signer, and then a co-signer addendum will be included in the lease package.
