does the lease agreement need to be printed on legal size paper
When I went to print the lease agreement, I noticed that it was formated for 8.5 x 11 normal size paper. I thought that the lease agreement needed to be printed on legal size paper. Which is correct?

There is no requirement that the lease be printed on legal size paper.
