Yes. When creating a Lease, each screen is temporary saved by hitting the next link at the bottom, however you must click save at the bottom if you wish to save and come back later.

Yes. When creating a document, you can select several properties/tenants and therefore create several documents at once.

When you click the Lease to download or save, choose save, and save it to your desktop. Then go to your desktop and open it from there.
If you are still having problems and have a PC (not Mac) install Foxit Reader at http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php and try to open the file again.

Mac computers have their own pdf viewer that over-rides the Adobe reader. So, first open the Adobe reader and THEN open the lease from within.

We recommend that you visit your local stationary supply store and look for Globe-Weis Laser Double Window Envelopes Form Size - 4 3/16" x 9".

Go to "Leases" and select "Add Existing Lease." Fill out the form, and then when you create a document, you will see the property and Tenant in the list.
