Required with a Chicago Lease
This required Summary of the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance must be attached to leases for properties located within Chicago, Illinois.

The landlord may file a Forcible Detainer Complaint the day following the expiration of the notice period, provided the tenant remains in non-compliance.
