Document Description

If the tenant has not vacated after the last day given in the Notice to Quit, then the landlord must file the Summary Process Complaint at the Clerk of Court's office, along with the proof of Service by the State Marshall and the Notice to Quit. The clerk will set a return date on the summons, which is the date the tenant must file an appearance or a Pleading (response). Download this document, fill in the necessary information, print, and file with the court.
