What: This is the required 3 Day Notice to Quit Possession before court proceedings are initiated.
When: For Non-Payment of Rent:Month to Month Agreements: No earlier than 10 Days after rent is due.
Week to Week Agreements: No earlier than 5 Days after rent is due.
Other Reasons: 3 Days prior to filing in court.
