Your past-due tenant has contacted you in a good-faith effort to address the issue of their unpaid rent, but is unable to remit the full amount due. You can use this form to clarify and formalize your payment arrangement. This document clearly sets forth the terms of your agreement, including due dates, amounts due, and consequences of continued non-payment.

Who: Past-due tenants who want to work out a solution, but can’t remit payment all at once.

What: Formally establishes the terms of a past-due payment arrangement.

When: After tenant with overdue rent agrees to a payment arrangement.
