Document Description

Unless otherwise specified within the lease, a 5 Day Notice is required before initiating eviction proceedings to terminate a tenancy for reasons OTHER than non-payment of rent.

Who: Give this notice to a tenant who has violated a lease provision for reasons other than non-payment of rent.

What: This is a 5 Day Notice that gives the tenant 5 Days to vacate the premises OR face eviction.

When: This is given to a tenant at least five days prior to filing an eviction proceeding.
