Use this form to make your tenants aware of the situation and let them know that they may be responsible to cover the costs of excessive water use in the future. The notice informs tenants of the overages and suggests a number of practical steps to take to reduce water consumption.

Who: Tenants whose water usage exceeds a reasonable norm.

What: Notice informing tenants of the situation and warning that they may be responsible for future charges if water use does not fall back to normal levels.
