If your inspection of a recently vacated property has revealed personal items still remaining on the premises, use this form to notify your vacating tenant of the situation. The document gives a deadline for removal of the items, and warns that the tenant will be responsible to cover the costs of removal and disposal if they don’t comply with your request.
