In many neighborhoods, parking space can be hard to come by. If your tenant keeps one or more oversize recreational vehicles or watercraft on the premises, the parking issue could become a major source of conflict if not managed carefully. Use this form to establish the proper guidelines for storage, placement, and management of a large recreational vehicle on the rental premises, as well as for limiting your risk of liability over any damage the vehicle may sustain.
Who: Tenants who own or have access to oversize recreational vehicles, watercraft, or travel trailers.
