Document Description

A 14 Day Notice may be given before initiating eviction proceedings for a tenant (who pays monthly) who has re-offended within 6 months of an offense where notice was previously given.

Who: Unless the lease states otherwise, give this notice to a tenant who pays monthly and who has violated the lease agreement by re-offending within 6 months of an offense where notice was previously given.

What: The Notice to Vacate demands that the tenant vacate the premises within 14 days OR face eviction.

When: This is given to a tenant 14 days prior to filing an eviction proceeding.
