Who: This Agreement is for an Owner who hire's a Property Manager or Agent to assist in managing rental properties.
What: This contractual agreement highlights and identifies the responsiblities of both the owner and the property manager.
When: Use this agreement when hiring a property manager to oversee your rental properties.
WARNING: State laws vary greatly on requirements of Agents/Property Managers and many have Agency disclosure requirements. As with any legally binding contract, it is strongly suggested that both Agent/Property Manager and Owner consult with an Attorney before using this document.
