Who: This packet is completed and given to the clerk of court with any necessary fees.

What: Forcible Entry and Detainer Packet including the complaint, summons, and cover sheet to initiate court proceedings and evict a tenant.

When: The summons shall command the tenant to appear before the court at a place named in such summons and at a time and day which shall not be less than 5 days, nor more than 10 days from the day of issuing.
