Giving notice is the first step in the eviction process. A 7 Day notice is used when a tenant willfully or negligently causes and/or continues to cause a serious health hazard to the premises and/or causes extensive physical injury to the premises.

Who: This notice is used when a tenant willfully or negligently causes a serious and continuing health hazard to exist on the premises or causes extensive and continuing physical injury to the premises.
What: This is the official notice that is required, which gives the tenant 7 days to either correct the problem or vacate the premises before a lawsuit may be initiated.
When: Give this 7 days before initiating the court action for an eviction.
