Giving notice is the first step in the eviction process. The notice required in Michigan for violations other than
non-payment of rent, drug activity, and health hazard/injury to the premises is a 30 Day Notice. This form may be filled out and then printed.
Who: Give this notice to a tenant who has violated the lease agreement for reasons
other than non-payment of rent, drug activity, health hazard or injury to the premises.
What: This is the Official document notifying the tenant to vacate before a lawsuit is initiated.
When: Give this notice to the tenant 30 Days before initiating the court action for an eviction.
