This Pest Control - Bed Bug Addendum may be incorporated into and made part of the lease agreement.

Who: This Pest Control - Bed Bug Addendum is for Landlords and Tenants.

What: The Pest Control - Bed Bug Addendum, specifies th terms the Tenant shall abide by. In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Residential Lease Agreement and this Pest Control - Bed Bug Addendum, the provisions of this Pest Control - Bed Bug Addendum shall prevail.

When: Give this addendum to Tenants in addition to your state specific lease agreement.
