In most jurisdictions, landlords and property managers are required to provide written notice to tenants before gaining entrance to the rental property. This form fulfills the criteria set forth by law in most jurisdictions for property entrance notification. The document also reminds tenants that cooperating with a reasonable request for entrance is part of the terms of their lease.
