This Roommate Addendum shall exist alongside the Lease Agreement for the Leased Premises. It contains terms and conditions for occupancy situations where there are roommates. Roommates shall agree to the terms and conditions specific to their situation in addition to all of the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement.

Who: This addendum is used by tenants who share a common rental property.

What: This Roommate Addendum goes into greater detail describing the responsibilities of the tenants.

When: This is an editable addendum given to tenants at lease signing.
