The 60 Day Notice to Vacate for No Cause is used to end a tenancy/rental agreement that is on a month to month basis and is for OVER one year.

Who: This is given to the tenant.

What: Formal notification to terminate a month to month lease; OVER one year.

When: Sixty days before you wish to terminate the lease.



Please Note:If using "mail only" instead of post/hand deliver plus mail service for this notice, landlord must give the tenant THREE ADDITIONAL DAYS NOT INCLUDING DATE MAILED for the termination date.
