Document Description
A landlord may end a periodic or monthly tenancy that is for
more than a year with a 60 day notice. Generally, the notice doesn't have to state the landlord's reason for ending the tenancy. For tenancies that are less than one year, a
30 Day Notice should be used.

Who: Give this notice to a tenant on a month to month lease where the tenancy has been more than one year.
What: This is a no cause notice for tenants that
ARE NOT in a rent controlled location.
When: This is given to a tenant 60 days before the landlord may initiate an eviction.
