Who: Give this notice to a tenant who is the make of a bad check or payment.
What: Itis a warning letter to pay the amount that is left unpaid plus the allowable $15 fee.
When: The landlord will send this notice when the bank returns the payment as unpaid. In West virginia, you cannot assess a $15 charge unless notice is sent first!
