I am a member of the Arkansas Apartment Assoc. Northwest Arkansas Apartment Assoc., Arkansas Multi-Family Housing Assoc. and the Institute of Real Estate Management. I have been active in the state and local legislative processes and have assisted in the drafting of numerous state laws including the Arkansas Fair Housing Act.
Through the Arkansas Apartment Association for the last 10 years, I have published the Redbook, which is a guide for residential landlords to manage their property. The Redbook contains over 400 pages of articles, letters, notices, statutes, laws and forms specially written for use by the residential landlord.
